PIE BAGS shall collect some personal data related to order placement, communication etc. Data collected will be kept confidential and may not be shared to third parties for marketing purpose. User data shall be shared with some third parties like delivery/courier partners for shipping purpose. User data shall be used for communication and marketing purpose by us.
No License Character
PIE BAGS shall not use any license character to the products. If we are reproducing/using any character by unknown, it will be fully responsible by our customers because we are only producing as per our customer request.
Liability
PIE BAGS will be liable only if the product is damaged product with unused condition. Customer will pay the shipping charge when returning the product. Before ordering any products, customer needs to confirm the color, size, design, text etc..
Change in Design\Color
When customer uploading designs there may be some changes in placement or colors in final product form.
Cancellation
Once the customer has placed the order, it will be not cancelled due to any reasons.
Right to Change
We have right to change our Terms and condition in site. It will be notified by us through our site.
Taxes
Tax value is not added in the product cost, it will be added later (Final Price).
Right to Design
There are no terms to use your uploaded designs by us.
Not against any Activities
We are not against any Culture, Religion, Caste, Female, Country or any other activities. If we printed unknowingly, it will be responsible by our customers.
Privacy
• PIE BAGS collects your personal information like Name, Age, Address, Mail ID, Contact detail etc…
• Data will be collected for communication and marketing reason. It will be helpful to share any update in our site with you.
• The data collected from you will be very kept confidential. It will be not enclosed by us to anyone.
• User can use our site without providing your information.
• We may share your information to the transporter / Delivery partners for delivery purpose.
• We may use your design and style for our products without conditions.
Return policy
- If the product is damaged.
- If the product is not received within 25 working days by the customer, he/she has rights to return the product.
- Returns should be in unused condition.
- We have the rights to accept or reject can return request.
- Customer will pay the shipping charge when returning the product.
- If any major issues in design or style(Finalized by our team).

Product Price
Every product has separate price depends on their Size, Fabric, Design etc. It will be shown before the ordering.
Designing Cost
It depends on the design and product chosen by the customer.
Quantity
Pricing will be different for retail and bulk orders. We will able to deliver a single piece to our customers. If bulk orders (more than 1000 pcs) you can contact us through [email protected].
Cash on Delivery
There is cash on delivery option available to some purchases.
Shipping cost
Shipping cost shall be paid by the customers.
